Optimal LipoLean CLA is pure CLA in a potency needed based on all the research. In order for it to be effective, research shows you need to take 4 grams per day for 12 weeks. Your body acclimates to it for the first four weeks, preparing your cells to package up excess fat and remove it from your body. The next 8 weeks, your body steadily removes up to 4% body fat.

Key Ingredients & Their Roles

Conjugated Linoleic Acid - A fatty acid that encourages fat loss and decreases appetite

Optimal Health Systems has been around for decades but this is the first weight loss product CLAIM we’re putting on the market.

We have finally deemed enough research has been put into all the prospective weight loss aid ingredients and are confident we have chosen the most effective one: conjugated linoleic acid (CLA).

This was not a trivial choice. The earliest research can be tempting to get jump on and create a product for the sake of making money.

So many supplement and weight loss companies have released ineffective and dangerous weight loss products based on limited research. The only benefit has been profit margins that prey on society’s desperation to slim down.Products like aminorex, dexfenfluramine, rimonabant, sibutramine, and so on have been stripped from the market due to causing problems like pulmonary hypertension, cardiac valve disorders, and fatalities. Even many herbs have gone mainstream for a while due to hype, not research. Always check the research for two things: consistency and that it was actually done on humans.

We have let all the dieting and weight loss fads burn themselves out and continued studying the research pouring in. Now we finally felt ready and confident to release our latest formula, LipoLean CLA, a research-proven effective weight loss aid.

CLA has been the focus of hundreds of studies, which show huge differences between people who took 3 to 4 grams of CLA per day and those who took a placebo. However, there’s a key part of the research that a lot of people overlook, which has led to confusion in the past: the duration people need to take the nutrient for.

The key balance: taking 3-4 grams of CLA per day for 12 solid weeks. The results: reduced body fat mass by 4% and reduced food cravings.

LipoLean CLA is the purest, best-tested, CLA available, and each capsule contains a full gram, meaning your daily pill count will be only 4. Even better, each of our bottles contains 360 capsules, meaning you don’t have to worry about buying another bottle before those 12 weeks are up.

Studies consistently showed weight loss up to 400% faster. In a double-blind, placebo-controlled human study published in the Journal of International Medical Research, 20 participants were given either CLA or vegetable oil, and were instructed to take the pills for 12 weeks. At the end of the study, the test group lost 20% body fat while the placebo group lost nothing. Please note: they took 3.4 grams of CLA for 12 weeks.

At an obesity conference, another study substantiated these findings. 180 overweight men and women with a BMI greater than 25% were supplemented with 3.4 grams of CLA per day over a full year. The participants recorded a 9% decrease in fat mass and a 2% increase in lean mass.

A study conducted by the University of Barcelona, Spain, measured the effects of CLA intake in 60 healthy men and women. Subjects who took CLA lost a significant amount of body fat, 78% of it coming off the belly region, while the placebo group actually GAINED fat mass.CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) attacks fat behind enemy lines, going straight inside fat cells and breaking the molecules down so your body gets rid of them. CLA is like your cellular landlord kicking fat out. And there are five ways your body has been shown to benefit from CLA.

In studies, CLA has been shown to increase energy expenditure by increasing basal metabolic rate, promoting increased heat and energy production and by increasing the amount of fat that you burn at rest (also known as lipid oxidation).

CLA’s role in this is interesting. Studies show it tends to help you burn fat indirectly by preventing your body from storing it in the first place. This means that cheat days and cheat meals don’t spell the end of reaching your weight loss goals.

Inflammation is at the heart of many serious diseases ranging from cancer to weight gain. It may sound strange because it’s gone under the radar for so long, but recent studies show that inflammation is a growing problem.

CLA has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties that may help to explain its anti-cancer and anti-cholesterol effects. CLA has also been shown to help reduce enteric (or intestinal) inflammation as well as systemic (whole body) inflammation. To reap these anti-inflammatory benefits, make sure the CLA is sourced from plants.

Daily CLA use has been shown to increase insulin sensitivity (make insulin more effective) and daily use for 12 weeks has been shown to increase proinsulin, c-peptide and adiponectin concentrations. It’s not a replacement for diabetic medication but it can make losing weight easier by allowing your body to let go of unwanted pounds.

Daily CLA use has been shown to help reduce appetite and promote satiety or feelings of fullness. While helping reduce your appetite may help some people lose weight, it’s also important that you don’t go overboard with appetite suppression. Long term appetite suppression can actually lead to metabolic damage and weight gain over time.
